The staff was incredibly helpful and excellent. the room was reasonably large and had a private bathroom, work desk, coffee/tea making equipment, and a multi-channel TV. the breakfast was sensational with a wide range of outstanding food.

Staff at the hotel were very friendly and welcoming. the hotel's location is perfect, close to both the city center and the harbor. Our room was spacious, practical, and had a lovely view of the water. Amenities like central heating, electronic key card, and tea and coffee making facilities were a nice touch.

I couldn't believe the value for the money! The room at Am Delft was spacious, modern and super clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect.

exploring the coast in emden again was a delight, but staying at am delft took it to another level. from the perfect lighting and cozy fireplace in the room to the amazing spa and attentive staff, i was thoroughly impressed. the free minibar and delicious breakfast added the perfect touch to my stay.

Not one thing.

Location is great! Walking distance from main attractions and restaurants. the shower is fantastic, hot water with a lot of pressure. the free breakfast is a winner - especially the bread and coffee, heavenly!

The rooms are outdated and small, there isn't enough storage space nor a place to put your luggage. Housekeeping is inconsistent and can be improved.

The hotel was located in a great spot, right in the heart of town with fantastic views of the harbor. The room was spacious and modern, and the big walk-in shower was definitely a highlight. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with plenty of options for all tastes and even some local delicacies to try.

The reception staff was a bit slow to respond, and we had to wait for a while before we were able to check in. There were also some small flies in the room which were a bit annoying, and the curtains didn't completely block out the light.

We had an incredible stay here! The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, with a fabulous walk-in shower in the bathroom. The views over the harbor were simply breathtaking, and the location in the heart of the town center was ideal. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable, even offering a complimentary welcome drink upon our arrival. The amenities in the room, including the heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities, were top-notch. We also loved the cozy sitting area and terrace, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. The soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful and restful night's sleep, and the free toiletries provided that extra touch of luxury. this place truly exceeded our expectations!

All in all, we highly recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay with big comfy beds, excellent breakfast buffet, and great location on the harbour in the town centre. The friendly and efficient staff made our stay even better.
